The staff at the Center for Fertility and Gynecology strives to make your experience at their office comfortable, stress-free, and positive.

MS. PAULA HOVELL: A new patient's first step at our center will be to meet with a reproductive endocrinologist and discuss their treatment plan. An ultrasound may be performed at the time of the consultation, blood work may be performed, once the new patient has sat with the doctor for about an hour, they will then meet with one of our financial coordinators who will then help them to understand their insurance benefits, coverage for infertility and discuss the fees associated with the treatment. We are sensitive at the Center for Fertility and Gynecology to the hardships when undergoing infertility treatment. The financial aspect is difficult and we work hard to try and help the patients in working with their insurance and assisting them in making this as affordable as possible. For patients living out of town or across the globe, a telephone or Skype consultation is an option. Doctors will sit with them for an hour and go over their treatment plan. We try to help the patient as much as possible; we understand that infertility is an emotional rollercoaster. And we understand the patients really need to be treated with TLC, tender, loving care. And we hope that their experience here will be an extremely positive one; that they will leave the office happy, healthy and pregnant.
