The Center for Fertility & Gynecology announces participation in the first ever West Coast Surrogacy Seminar and Gay Parenting Expo which is scheduled to get underway May 5, 2013 at:

Our very own Dr. Nurit Winkler and Dr. Marc Kalan will be available to talk to patients during the breakout sessions. Please be sure to stop by and meet them as well as visit the Center for Fertility & Gynecology table.
The groundbreaking event, designed to provide the most up-to-date information to gay prospective surrogacy parents, will feature 18 American and international surrogacy agencies and clinics; personal stories of dads who have gone through the surrogacy process themselves; and panel discussions featuring legal and medical experts, surrogates and egg donors, and information on both independent and agency-guided surrogacy. Twenty-four breakout sessions and an expo will allow prospective parents to become more familiar with exhibiting agencies and clinics, as well as supportive community organizations.
Note: while the event is directed at gay prospective parents, the information will benefit anyone interested in becoming a parent through surrogacy.
Admission is free, but an RSVP is recommended to save time at check-in and to get updates on the fund application process, speakers, sponsors and breakout sessions as they are added.
